About Us

Palm Beach CRO was created in 2008 and even though we’ve been called a “new player” in CWWeekly (A CenterWatch Publication), we’ve been in the clinical research business for several decades.

Prior to relocating to Florida and starting Palm Beach CRO, Arthur Simon, PhD was President and CEO of Research Testing Laboratories, Inc. in Great Neck, NY, a hybrid research company consisting of a site management organization (SMO) and a clinical research organization (CRO) with more than 100 employees.

For 24 years, Dr. Simon directed all aspects of RTL’s clinical research activities for Rx, OTC, nutraceuticals and medical devices for pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare companies.

Now, with a talented staff led by Dr. Simon, Palm Beach CRO is creating a new tradition of value, quality and responsiveness in the management and supervision of clinical research.

Dr. Simon has been recognized as a leader in clinical research with both the sponsors and CROs. He was the President and CEO of Research Testing Laboratories, Inc. (RTL) which was a hybrid research organization consisting of a Site Management Organization (SMO) and a Clinical Research Organization (CRO). His clinical experience is based upon having worked for several pharmaceutical companies (including Wyeth and Bristol Myers International) and for RTL. He earned his BS in Biology from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science and his PhD, Masters in Biology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and PhD in Pharmacology from the School of Medicine at the University of Cincinnati.
